A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to expanding access to sidewalk and roadway cafe applications

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation to issue and receive applications to operate a sidewalk cafe and roadway cafe online and at a physical location accessible to the public. This bill would also allow applicants to save partially filled-out online applications in order to complete the application at a later date.
