By Council Member Louis: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council Rules and Section 19-160.2 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Transportation approving a sidewalk café located at 2925 Avenue H, Borough of Brooklyn, Council District 45, Community District 14, related to Application No. D 2541628216 SWK (Ovi’s Place), shall be subject to review by the Council.
