By Council Member Stevens: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council Rules and Section 19-160.2 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Transportation approving a sidewalk café located at 1267 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, NY 10452, Borough of the Bronx, Council District 16, Community District 4, related to Application No.: D 2550159534 SWX (El Caldero Restaurant and Sport Bar) shall be subject to review by the Council.
