A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring reporting of lease-up times for housing vouchers

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Social Services (DSS) to submit to the Mayor and the Speaker of the Council, and to include in the Mayor’s Management Report (MMR) the average time it takes for an individual to secure housing after receiving a housing voucher.
