Summary

This bill would prohibit the sale of gasoline-powered leaf blowers or lawn mowers after December 31, 2025, and would prohibit the use of gas-powered leaf blowers or lawn mowers after December 31, 2026. The bill would also establish penalties for violations of such prohibitions.
