Summary

This bill would remove the requirement for individual ticket sellers vending tickets in public spaces to obtain a license and instead require businesses that employ or engage these ticket sellers to obtain a license from the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. Violations committed by a ticket seller could affect the licensure of the business that employs or engages such ticket seller.
