No. 863 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections Recommending the appointment of Dr. Robert Cohen as a member of the New York City Board of Correction The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Section 626 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections recommends that the Council approve the appointment of Dr. Robert Cohen, a resident of Manhattan, as a member of the New York City Board of Correction to serve the remainder of a six-year term that expires on October 12, 2029.
