A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the operation of pedicabs and the solicitation of passengers in and around Central Park

Summary

This bill would restrict operation of pedicabs in Central Park to drivers who are allowed to do so under a concession agreement made with the Department of Parks and Recreation. The bill would also restrict soliciting passengers in and near to the park to drivers who operate under that concession.
