No. 821 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections Recommending the designation for appointment of Dr. Patricia Marthone as a director of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Section 4 of the New York City Health and Hospitals Act, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections recommends the approval by the Council of the designation of Dr. Patricia Marthone, a resident of Brooklyn, for appointment by the Mayor to serve as a director of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation for the remainder of a five-year term that will expire on March 20, 2028. This matter was heard on April 1, 2025. Res.
