No. 643 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the designation for appointment of Michael Espiritu As a director of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation Pursuant to Section 4 of the New York City Health and Hospitals Act, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections recommends the approval by the Council of the designation of Michael Espiritu, a resident of Manhattan, for appointment by the Mayor to serve as a director of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation for the remainder of a five-year term that will expire on March 20, 2029.
