M. 71-2024 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Oudeshram "Raj" Rampershad As a member of the City Planning Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Sections 31 and 192 of the City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby recommends approval of the appointment by the Queens Borough President of Oudeshram "Raj" Rampershad as a member of the City Planning Commission to serve the remainder of a five-year term that expires on June 30, 2028 (M. 71-2024). This matter was heard on October 9, 2024. On October 23, 2024, the Committee voted to recommend the appointment by a vote of 8 in the affirmative, 0 in the negative, and with 0 abstentions. Res.
