A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to limited hoist machine operator license requirements for rotating telehandlers

This bill would require that any limited hoist machine operator license requirements established via rule by the commissioner of the Department of Buildings not take effect prior to November 7, 2025.
