A Local Law in relation to a study on a program to make bridge loans available to awardees of capital funding from the city

Summary

This bill would require the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to conduct a study on the feasibility of creating a bridge loan program for not-for-profit entities that receive capital funding grants from the city and to report on the findings of the study.
