Summary

This bill would amend the New York City Charter’s requirement that mayoral agencies advise and assist elected officials and bodies. This bill would ensure that the advice and assistance is provided without requiring elected officials and bodies to complete a digital or physical form or other paperwork before such advice or assistance are offered. The advice and assistance that heads of agencies provide would not require prior approval from any elected official.
