By Council Member Bottcher: Pursuant to Sections 11.20(b-d) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Application No. C 240244 ZSM (343 West 47th Street Demolition Special Permit) shall be subject to Council review.
