A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to press access in city hall

Summary

This bill would establish that Room 9 in City Hall is reserved for the press. It would require adequate space in Room 9 to be made available for members of the press and would allow additional space in City Hall to be allocated to the press as needed. It would establish that no changes to press access to Room 9 be made without the joint approval of the Mayor and the Council Speaker.
