Preconsidered M 52 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Raju Mann as a member of the New York City Planning Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Sections 31 and 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Manhattan Borough President of Raju Mann as a member of the New York City Planning Commission to serve the remainder of a five-year term that will expire on June 30, 2024, and for a five-year term beginning on July 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2029.
