Motion pursuant to Rule 9.60 At this point, the Majority Leader and the Acting President Pro Tempore (Council Member Farias) moved pursuant to Rule 9.60 of the Council Rules, and hereby granting her own request, to consider Preconsidered SLRs 8 through 14, separately from the General Orders Calendar. She also noted in her motion that these Home Rule Message related preconsidered items SLRs 8 through 14 had been reported out of the Committee on Governmental Operations, State & Federal Legislation on the day's Agenda. Motion pursuant to Rule 8.00 The Majority Leader and Acting President Pro Tempore (Council Member Farias) additionally made a motion pursuant to Rule 8.00 that the order of priority on the day's Agenda be modified so that the Home Rule Messages related items SLRs 8 through 14 be taken up at that moment in the Meeting. She noted that the motion would be decided without debate. At this point, the Majority Leader and the Acting Speaker Pro Tempore (Council Member Farias) asked for a voice-vote in support of her motion pursuant to Rule 8.00.
