Summary

This bill would require the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to promulgate rules that set sanitary requirements for business establishments that provide massage and establish penalties for violations. The rules would address cleaning and sanitizing of the area and equipment used to provide massage and any other requirements that would promote the health and safety of customers.
