Summary

This bill would require all educational group E occupancy buildings to maintain a temperature of 78 degrees Fahrenheit or less in all educational and support services spaces while such spaces are in use from May 1 through September 30. Additionally, all educational group E occupancy buildings must be provided with air conditioning systems capable of maintaining such temperatures.
