A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the establishment of a task force to develop equitable responses to infectious disease related emergencies, including COVID-19

Summary

This bill would create a task force to study racial disparities in exposure to infectious disease and related testing, treatment and outcomes citywide, and to make recommendations for legislation and policy to mitigate and eliminate such disparities.
