Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation (DOT) to install speed humps on roadways that are adjacent to any park equal or greater than one acre in size unless such installation, in the commissioner of DOT’s judgment, would endanger pedestrians or motorists, or would not be consistent with DOT’s guidelines regarding the installation of speed humps.
