Summary

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to publish a notice that contains a link to the department’s website which contains information about elected officials in the City. This bill would also require owners of multiple dwellings to provide the notice to tenants at the time of signing a residential lease or lease renewal, and upon request by a tenant.
