A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to clearly identifying city-licensed vehicles that are powered by lithium-ion batteries

Summary

This bill would require all vehicles powered by lithium-ion batteries and licensed by the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to display an emblem on the exterior of the vehicle to identify such vehicle as one powered by a lithium-ion battery.
