Summary

This bill would amend existing Fire Code requirements relating to rooftop access for fire fighting operations. Specifically, the bill would decrease the required width of clear paths required on rooftops, and provide alternative rooftop access requirements in circumstances where solar panels are being installed on adjoining buildings not more than 25 feet in width.
