Summary
This bill would require an agency designated by the Mayor, to provide notice to Council Members of certain fires occurring within their districts. The notification would need to be sent within three hours of the Fire Department deploying personnel to the scene of the fire, and would include the following information relating to the fire: the date and time of the fire, the address of the fire, and details of the department’s emergency response to the fire.
