A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reporting on the number of bedrooms created though inclusionary housing programs

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to include in its annually updated and public map, required pursuant to Local Law 200 of 2017, certain additional information. It would have to indicate, by zoning lot, the number of bedrooms within affordable housing units created through the New York City inclusionary housing programs, disaggregated by income band.
