Summary

This bill would require the Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to conduct a study to measure the negative economic impact of film and television production on local businesses, including loss of revenue. This bill further requires SBS to create a plan to mitigate the loss in revenue that local businesses experience due to filming activity.
