By Council Member Bottcher Pursuant to Sections 11.20b and 11.20c of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure application C 230238 ZSM (Madison Square Garden Special Permit) shall be subject to Council review.
