By Council Member Paladino Pursuant to Sections 11.20b and 11.20c of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Review Procedure application C 210323 MMQ (43rd Avenue Demapping) shall be subject to Council review.
