A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to eligibility requirements for renewals of rental assistance vouchers

This bill would prevent the Department of Social Services from imposing any eligibility requirements on CityFHEPS recipients for renewals of their city-funded rental assistance that are additional to the initial eligibility requirements to participate in the program.
