M 0131-2023 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Angelo Acaquista As a member of the New York City Board of Health The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Sections 31 and 553 of the City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Angelo Acquista as a member of the New York City Board of Health to serve the remainder of a six-year term that expires on May 31, 2028 (M. 0131-2023). This matter was heard on March 15, 2023. Res.
