Summary

This bill would dissolve the Church Avenue Business Improvement District (BID), expand the service area boundaries of the Flatbush Avenue BID to incorporate the service area now served by the Church Avenue BID, and rename the Flatbush Avenue BID to the “Church Avenue/Flatbush Avenue Business Improvement District”. This bill would set the authorized annual expenditure amount of the new unified BID at $589,000 and amend the existing Flatbush Avenue BID assessment method accordingly.
