M 0111-2023 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Rachel Bedard as a member of the New York City Board of Correction The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Section 626 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Council of Rachel Bedard as a member of the New York City Board of Correction to serve the remainder of an unexpired six-year term that ends on October 12, 2026 (M. 111-2023).
