Edmead as a commissioner of the New York City Board of Elections The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to Section 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the recommendation by the New York County Democratic Committee of the appointment of Carol R. Edmead as a commissioner of the New York City Board of Elections to serve the remainder of a four-year term that expires on December 31, 2024 (M. 109-2023). This matter was heard January 18, 2023.
