Preconsidered M 90 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the re-appointment of Sarah Carroll as the chair of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to pursuant to Sections 31 and 3020 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Mayor of Sarah Carroll as the chair of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to serve for the remainder of a three-year term that expires on June 28, 2025. This matter was heard preconsidered on September 7, 2022. Res.
