Williams as a member of the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to pursuant to Section 2602 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Milton L. Williams as a member of the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board to serve for the remainder of a six-year term that expires on March 31, 2024.
