Summary

This bill would require the Department of Education and the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to issue a yearly report on educational statistics and related incidents pertaining to juvenile delinquents, juvenile offenders and adolescent offenders in ACS division facilities. This report must include statistics on educational programming enrollment, available services, attendance, use of restraints, and other related indicators.
