A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring that notice of hotel development plans be provided to certain officials at the time the application is filed

Summary

This bill would require that the New York City Department of Buildings, upon receiving an application for a new hotel, provide notice to each affected Borough President, community Board, Borough Board and Council Member within seven days of receipt of such application.
