Summary

This bill would prohibit retailers that sell smoking paraphernalia, including water pipes, rolling papers, electronic cigarette components, and smoking accessories from operating within 500 feet of a school. Existing sellers of smoking paraphernalia would be able to continue selling those products in their current locations.
