Summary

This bill would require the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to report to the Mayor and the Speaker of the Council, and post on the ACS website, a quarterly report about the amount of time that children spend in the children’s center, youth reception centers, rapid intervention centers or other temporary placement facilities. The report would include information about the length of time spent in a facility, the type of facility, the age range of the child, and the number of children placed in a facility for the first time.
