Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation (DOT) to install reflective material—defined as material that is capable of reflecting light and that is in compliance with the manual on uniform traffic control devices and the New York supplement to the manual on uniform traffic control devices—on bollards, curbs, posts, and roundabouts. DOT would be required to annually install the material on at least 250 bollards, curbs, posts, and roundabouts in each borough.
