Summary

This bill would prohibit any city agency from issuing parking permits to private vehicles that do not have an elected official license plate, and would provide for the revocation of such parking permits. This bill would not apply to parking permits issued for people with disabilities or to parking permits required to be issued pursuant to the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.
