A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to identifying and removing boats from New York city’s littoral waters

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Small Business Services to create and maintain a log of abandoned boats and their locations in New York City’s littoral waters. This bill would also require the office of the city sheriff to remove abandoned boats from New York City’s littoral waters.
