M 346 Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment of Leah Goodridge as a member of the New York City Planning Commission The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports: Pursuant to pursuant to � 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Public Advocate of Leah Goodridge as a member of the New York City Planning Commission to serve for the remainder a five-year term that will expire on June 30, 2025.
