A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to enforcement of environmental remediation plans and rules of the office of environmental remediation

Summary

This bill would authorize the New York City Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) authority to issue civil penalties against parties who violate an OER Site Management Plan or another OER program requirement. The director of OER would also be able to designate other city agencies to issue relevant administrative summonses and notices of violation to enforce the provisions of this bill.
