Any vehicle found to be violating such limits would be issued a notice of violation and subject to the civil penalty as prescribed by the existing law. The Department of Environmental Protection would also be required to submit to the Mayor and the Speaker of the Council, and to post on its website, an annual report on the program including the locations of the noise cameras, the number of violations detected, and any revenue raised as a result of the program.
