Summary

This bill would prohibit the NYPD from maintaining a dedicated group of officers whose primary responsibility is to enforce prostitution related offenses. The bill would also prohibit the department from conducting planned undercover operations related to prostitution offenses and regularly allocating resources to the identification of individuals committing those offenses.
