Summary

This bill would require the Mayor’s Office of Operations to report on the last known address of households in homeless facilities administered by the Department of Homeless Services, the Human Resources Administration, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and the Department of Youth and Community Development. The Mayor’s Office of Operations would submit the reports to the Speaker of the Council and post them online on its website. In addition, this bill would make technical amendments related to the naming and numbering of this subchapter in the Administrative Code.
