Summary

This bill would require each of the city’s District Attorneys to report to the Speaker of the Council and the Civilian Complaint Review Board whether they keep a list of members of the Police Department who could present credibility issues if called as a witness in a legal proceeding. If such a list is kept, the bill would require the District Attorney to report further on the type of documents and other information used to compile the list.
